APARTMENT PRICE QUESTION

FH and I looked at an apartment today just wondering if this sounds a lot for the price: $1700
includes: utilities, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, EIK kitchen, patio with pavers, full yard use, shed, parking spot in driveway, and washer/dryer

Re: APARTMENT PRICE QUESTION

I pay 1200 no utilites or parking spot or EIK...so I don't think it's a bad deal at all!

oh and no patio or yard! lol. Well a small balcony off the bedroom but hardly a patio

I wish I knew! We pay so much and don't get a lot for it at all. Paying for the area pretty much.

Where is this apartment?

Re: APARTMENT PRICE QUESTION

Yes, that is a great deal for Massapequa. I had a 3 bedroom apt in Massapequa with all the above and it was $1800 and did NOT include utilities and that rent has gone up to $2100 now that I moved out (2 years ago). I'm now paying $1400 all included for a 1 bedroom, 1 office plus all other rooms.

Re: APARTMENT PRICE QUESTION

Depends on where you are looking ...

We just got a house in Lake Grove:
2 bedroom
1 bath
shed
dining room
washer/dryer
HUGE living room
walk through kitchen

1550/month plus utilities
