Hi girls. I have a question. Does anyone know what a one bedroom apartment in North Babylon goes for? This apartment has a huge bedroom (closet space GALORE), a FULL bathroom, living room, and full kitchen. It is also the second floor of a back dormered cape (so rooms are big). Any realtors out there, Marcellabella? It is also located in the Poet Section of North Babylon (nice block, neighborhood).
We don't want to overcharge but on the same token, we want to get what it is worth (we really need that extra income).
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try looking in the paper for rentals that are about the same type.
I rented an apartment in Bohemia, second floor, 2 bedrooms, small kitchen and l/r combo and it cost me $975, but I knew the lady so it was cheper she would have charged 1100, to anyone else. But this included everything.

I looked in Newsday but I didn't see to much (I looked online though). I have to get my hands on a Newsday.
If anyone has Newsday and can look for me for an apt. that is comparable to what I have, I would appreciate it if you could tell me what other people are asking. Thank you.

I have a friend who is renting the upstairs of his cape in N. Babylon and he charges $1200 which includes all.

i am renting a 2 br apartment in east northport for $1200. i look everyday for a new place (my landlord is a pain) and i usually find that 1 br apts can be anywhere from $900-1100 depending if there is anything included. you should look at the local pennysavers for ideas on pricing.
