Anyone know of any 1 bedroom apartments on the market in the Floral Park, New Hyde park, Mineola, Franklin Square, -- Western Nassau area?

You should try the Horton House in Mineola on the corner of Horton Highway and 1st St. (it's a co-op but they usually have someone renting out their unit) or The Townhouse, which is just down the block on 1st St. - it's not as updated as Horton House but it's an all rental building and you can sometimes get a good deal if someone is just moving out of an apartment that they've been in for a long time. Both buildings are about a block or two from the Mineola train station.

I live in Franklin Square. I'll keep my ears open for you...It's a great neighborhood to live in.
