Can anyone suggest or know of anyone renting or leaving their current apartment. I am looking for something that is two bedrooms. No landlord on premise. I was looking for something that is maybe a cottage or a Fairfield type property. I work in Bethpage. So I am looking for something in Commack, Kings Park, Huntington Village, Bethpage, Plainview, Smithtown.

Have you tried Fairfield Apartments....there are some in Commack and Hauppage

They also have brand new ones in Farmingdale which is so close to Bethpage. They're gorgeous and right by the LIRR station. FH and I looked there when we originally wanted to rent first.

Check craigslist. I just found an apartment for my SIL.
