Anyone know any good apt complexes that arent too expensive? somewhere near Smithtown/CI??

I live at Lake Grove Apartments, by smithaven mall. it's not bad. we pay $1250 a month, pool access in the summer, gym, cooking gas and hot water including. you pay your own electric and water but those are small bills.

I don't know if this is too far for you but I love our apartment in Port Jeff village. It's not expensive, has hard wood floors and a great balcony off the kitchen!

Michelle, I used to live in Willow Lake right on 25A. I had a 2nd floor 2 bedroom that was kind of pricey (since it was a few years ago I don't remember the exact amount?) But I think the 1 bedrooms were reasonable! And they were nice apartments

I have a one bedroom.

In the summer, between may -septemberish, I pay between $80-120 for electric because we run the a/c's, (i dont leave them on during the day, but at night it can get really hot so I leave them on). water bill during that time is $8 a month. During the winter months, october -march, water bill goes to $30 (u have to pay to keep your burner, its ridic...HOWEVER, I barely use the heat because the other apartments around me keep me warm with there heat, so its not bad), and the electric drops between 50-75 a month (depending on how much your using). you have ur own meter too.

also check out devonshire hills in hauppauge.
verryy nice apartments and so close to everything. right on vets hwy,

I live there as well. the rent wasnt bad when we first moved but they raise the rent every year on you and its not a slight raise
