Wondering if any of you ladies rent at a Fairfield apartment complex? I called today and they said cable electric and phone not included, so I'm curious how much extra that adds every month?
I live in Fairfield! Our gas and water are included and we pay about $50-80 bucks a month for electric, cable which we have triple play is about $115 for the first year, that includes internet, cable and phone. Message me if you need to know anything else!
ugh...i would stay clear of Fairfield! I used to live there and had so many problems! I referred two other people to my complex, never saw anything from that, my brother always has problems with the apartment and they never come to fix it! I would never recommend again!
I lived in Fairfield for 7 years and never had a problem. As far as the price for cable it depends on what packages you guy. My electric bill was probably about 40 bucks a month
I own a fairfield co-op, our electric is between $50-90 depending on time of yr. I pay $125 for cable.
I'm not sure what we pay for the extras exactly (FH takes care of those bills so I don't remember from when we first moved in what those numbers are), but I love our complex! The only real disadvantage to ours is that they're HORRIBLE about plowing if we get a lot of snow.
