FH and I will be signing the lease on a 1 bedroom apartment in Franklin Sqaure on Wednesday. We'll start painting and putting in new carpet the day after. The woman who we'll be living above and renting the apartment from is putting in a new oven and stove. Woohooo

Congrats!! We just signed the lease and get the keys July 1st!! We will paint and buy furniture and then move in the 9th. Isn't it so exciting? I can't wait to go furniture and decor shopping!

A&S Bagel is great for egg sandwiches and bagels (open 24 hours too), Me and my FH love Burger Bite, and Ralph's Ices on Franklin Ave is good too.
