According to Perez Hilton, Nick Cannon gave Mariah Carey the same engagement ring he gave to his ex-fiance!! Is he insane??

a girl at work literally ran over her e-ring with her truck b/c he bought the ring for someone else. never gave it to her. but bought it for her.
