are you working out? Is that why you are hungry?

how often do you eat?

Try to eat little amounts all day. I've lost 22 lbs from Jan. 3 eating 3 regular meals (oatmeal breakfast, sandwich/soup & then a Lean Cuisine or light dinner) with fruit, 100 calorie packs & the WW treats, along with at least 32 ounces of water (crystal lite iced tea daily) & I haven't even begun working out yet....

well, it's a good sign that you are constanly hungry.

How many calories do you eat a day?

For the most part I probably consume 1200-1600 calories a day.
I'm so confused, why would it be good that I'm hungry all the time?

Re: Appetite Supressant?

Your body needs fuel to live. When you workout and gain muscle, your muscle needs more calories to survive. Gaining muscle is a plus! If you are weight training and always hungry, that means you are gaining muscle, or not eating enough, or eating the wrong foods at the wrong times. Adding muscle raises your metabolism, especially if you are new to weight training.

The key is to eat the right foods at the right times of the day. You need to stay in your calorie zone each day in order to not gain weight, and to keep losing fat.
