Hall Roll-Ups

1 lb. sliced ham (not too thin though b/c you don't want it to fall apart)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened (i use philadelphia)
1 pkg. scallion (only use the white part of the scallion) - cut up into pieces.

Spread soften cream cheese on ham slices, lay one scallion piece at end. Roll up like a jelly roll and slice about 1 inch thick.

when the bacon is cooked you are going to spead cream cheese on the cresent dough, put a slice of bacon on the cream cheese and roll up the cresent like normal.

i think someone gave this as a recipe for the 2011 girls cookbook.

LOVE this recipe:

Phiily cheesesteak pops

3 pkg cresent rolls (or grands muffins)
skirt steak- chopped
shredded mozzarella
onions- carmelized
peppers- cooked
combine in pan the steak onions and peppers
sautee until all ingredients are tender

undo the cresent rolls and place a spoonful of steak mixture in the center. place a small amount of shredded mozzarella on top, then roll the dough closed.

top the dough with some egg wash

cook for 15 minutes

AMAZING
