I'm still a little mystified by the whole combo 1st/2nd course concept. How is it plated? And has anyone ever had the lobster tempura - what does it look like? Does it look like a sushi roll or does it just look like breaded lobster?? Thanks!

It was my MOH's wedding not mine, BUUUUUT.......
They'll show u everything at the tasting...i didn't have the lobster tempura but we did have the ravioli and it wasn't the best choice. The pear salad was AMAZING if that helps. Lobster tempura sounds like a good choice to me though....
