A while back, I asked for recipes for Apple Martinis, plus I did a search on the Internet. However, I still couldn't make the 'perfect' one until now. A colleague asked the bartender how he makes them at our holiday party, and he said that it's 3 parts Apple Schnapps (Apple Pucker) and 1 part vodka. So I tried this at home, and this was what I was looking for!!! It is a bit sweet, but it's so delicious! I figured I would share this since there are many of us here who enjoy an apple martini (or two or three) every so often.

Re: Apple Martinis - I found it!!!
I had a really great apple martini at Pizzeria Uno's but I am not sure what was in it. It was layered with a green mixture at the top and a really sweet red drink at the bottom. Anyone have any ideas of what the liquors could be?

What's really good - is caramel apple martinis! Swirl some caramel in the glass and add some butterscotch schnapps to the mix! It's yummy!! The caramel smooths out the taste a bit.

I have to try the caramel. I have a jar of caramel for a dish I made a couple of weeks ago and now it's just sitting in the fridge. And I love butterscotch schnapps!
