sorry - I should have checked your profile! That must be hard to plan a wedding from out of state - I`m having a hard enough time and I`m in the area! Danford`s is beautiful though - we were just there for a christening a few weeks ago, and it was so beautiful on the water. The food was great too :)
For favors we`ve decided to give out full sized bottles of wine - haven`t officially decided on the type of wine, but the hard part is over! My problem lately has been indecisiveness, which isn`t good! I keep thinking of other options, then wondering if I should change my mind on the smaller things, such as centerpieces, etc.
I also need to prioritize! I keep focusing on the smaller, more fun things like designing the programs, but I should be focusing on the few bigger things!
Where are you going for your honeymoon? We'll be going to Kauai & Maui - can't wait!

It hasn't been easy planning from so far away but I have family in NY that have been so helpful. Plus my Aunt and cousin both got married in LI last year so they have been a tremendous help. My aunt is the one who told me about this web site....which has been the biggest help of all. I just can't wait for all the planning to be done and the day to be here!
The wine favors sound great. I think we may do a donation or something...we still haven't decided. (talk about indecisiveness-lol). I just hope I can get some more of our planning taken care of before the end of June. Roland will be leaving to go up north (he is the captain of a private yacht and he goes up north every summer for tuna season) and I won't see him again until the week of our wedding!!!
Your honneymoon plans sound great too. That is Rolands job to plan our honeymoon since we have to work around his schedule. I don't think we are going to go on our honeymoon until a few months later (because of course I picked to have the wedding right in the prime of his season - but I just love the fall, I had to). But I think we will be taking a cruise somewhere. Roland hates to fly, plus it will be nice for him to be on a nice big boat and not have to work.

Hi there,
I know what you mean about this website - it`s where I found most of my vendors!
As for favors, we were originally thinking of donations, but it changed about 10 times since then! (Remember my indecisiveness?!)
That`s so sad that you won`t see your FH all summer, until the wedding! He sounds like he has a great job though.
If you want, email me at [email protected], it might be easier to chat that way :)
