FH & I discuss this all the time when we see prime retail real estate ...

* Card Store / Invitation / Favor Place
* Deli / Lunch place
* Laundrymat

Court document retrieval or some sort of document retrieval where your clients don't want anyone to know they are requesting the information or documents. I would set it up in a main metropolitan area (not NYC, too much competition).

DH would do a 'take out/eat in' small diner type restaurant that would be open 24 hrs on the weekends and until 11pm weeknights. Or a bar. Anything really - he really would like to open up a business and the diner/bar thing is what he's most interested in. He'd want to open where we live. There are a ton of bars in our area and most people when they leave a bar usually get a bite to eat. So the interest is there...

i always wanted to open a B & B or a 'mission organization' business where u help pple organize there life.. i m so organized its kinda crazzy lol..i love to clean and organize

gourmet chocolate shop or maybe a specialty book store. or maybe both in one store!
