Appts tomorrow w/ Photo n DJ

I have Photography/video appts and a limo appt tomorrow . I am having a memory block right now What Q's should I be asking them? I am so in the dark with this stuff

for photo/video you can ask things like:

do they shoot in film or digital?

how many hours of coverage does their price include- how much does overtime cost?

would you be getting all of your proofs? (printed and/or on a disc)

would your proofs be online too?

how many proofs would you get?

does their price include photo touch ups, and also black & white & sepia toned pics?

do they include an engagement shoot? or is that extra?

for video- would you be getting DVD's? and are they chaptered?
