When should I schedule to go for my fitting? I know that its too soon now I was just wondering?

David's Bridal told me 6-8 weeks before the wedding. My first fitting is 10 weeks before, just in case. Soneone else posted that she has lost 65 pounds since buying the dress so she has her first one this weekend (I think) because of all the extra work that will need to be done.

DAvid's told me 3 months! Paradise Bridal told me 6 weeks for the first one...I'll be scheduling mine for mid January.

I was told to start mid march (my first fitting is March 20) then another about two weeks later in the beginning of April - then IF I need anything else the weekend before just to make sure it is perfect
I would start somewhere between the beginning to mid march
