April, May honeymoons .. good places to go recommendations?

Anyone can recommend where to go for honeymoon in April/May?
We are not lay on the beach type of people.... we like to mix sigh seen with active type of activities.
We were considering Europe/Australia/New Zeland..or maybe even safari in Africa but didn't not look in any of it and if those two month good time for that.
