At Flowerfield or Lands End....is it worth it to pay the xtra????

I don't know the hall, but the time of year depends on what you want around you. There are more flowers and trees in bloom in May. That's pretty, but is it worth it? Only you can decide that. Also, we decided against May because of all the blooming. Our allergies kick our butts during the end of April and May.

what about super late april.. that way you get may stuff for april prices (if theres a difference)
our hall had the cut off at may so we chose 4/28 ...

the end of april can be just as nice as may... but you can never predict the weather no matter what month it is!

I'd rather save thousands by having a week earlier personally. The final decision is up to you.

yeah...its just- if its cold on the beach ya know...it'll take away from the whole coolness....is FF the better option then?

we originally went into halls looking for April but found March was much cheaper. We had a winter wedding and yes the fear of snow was there, but we lucked out and had a beautiful YET cold day.

We wanted April over May because May is so hectic for so many with Memorial day, colleges out, communions, graduations etc. I vote April!

I think you should go with an April date if it means saving money...I know that for many people May is such a busy month! And I would do FF in April. Whatever you choose will be beautiful though!!!

YEah thanks I think we're gonna do April....its gonna come down to the better price...personally i think FF might be better for April...but we'll see

avg temp in april is in the 60s... sooo you won't be sweating in ur dress!
that was also a big selling point other then the $$ issue

YEah that's true too...but the weather is pretty comparable...in the past few years the avg temp on April 18th is warmer than May 23rd....weird right

Bottom line is I can't control thje weather so to pay the extra $$$...we're just not in a position to do that ...Unfortunately...whatever...I'm sure when the time comes I'm not going to have any regrets
