Apt in Lindenhurst

We are moving into our house the end of Jan and we just gave our Landlord notice. I am posting this just to help him out cause he has been great to us. My lease is up so its not to take over a lease.
Its a 2 bed apt on the first floor of a house. Landlord does not live here so its really not like living in someone's house. Walk to train. Large eat-in kitchen, basement with laundry, garage, shared backyard.
Heat is included. We pay electric, phone/cable/internet.
My rent was $1650 not sure what he is going to charge....my guess is the same but can maybe negotiate with him.
I will post pics after new years but FM me if interested and want any more info.
