is anyone using them or has anyone used them in the past?
i just got them, tried one yesterday after brushing my teeth and it immediately irritated my gums. i have one in now (didnt brush first and my gums are fine!)
if you used them, did you see results? ive used crest strips and they worked well, but ive heard that these are supposed to be better?!

Nope I still use the crest white strips & love them. However, I did get a sample of GoSmile from Sephora and it was awesome!! A little pricey but maybe stop in and ask for a sample. I might use this before the wedding day...

Love them!!!! I thought they were much better the the strips and easier to wear. I saw a huge difference and so did my mom.

im about to take them out, its only day 1 so im sure i wont see much. do you brush immediately after? or rinse?

I love the crest white strips. I haven't tried the aquafresh white trays. To whiten teeth, try to avoid beverages that stain your teeth such as coffee, soda and tea.
