Arcadia Floral
Has anyone dealt with Arcadia Floral? They're a house vendor and I probably have to go with them or Diana Gould (part of the contract). I have never dealt with such a bunch of @( idiots.. it has taken 1/2 dozen times before they finally got the contract right and they're refusing to write the delivery time into it. I told them that it can be changed but needs to be included (my brother is a lawyer and advised me not to sign without it) and they're refusing to. Their customer service is the pitts. Every time I've had to call there (which has been to correct the contract since they can't figure out how to use a word processor), they act like they don't want my business. ![]()
Diana Gould was personable but her prices were much higher.
If you were supposed to use a house vendor (in contract), was there any way you avoided doing so? We know exactly what we want so it'd be easy to get someone else if we could convince the hall.
