Arcadia Floral Co. OR Verbena Designs??

I just booked my reception venue a few days ago and ive looked at many florists online but im stuck between these two. I have no idea who I should go with, it seems that both do beautiful work, but how to choose? I want someone who can give me several viewings of my centerpieces (im very picky) and can accomodate changes, which im sure there will be a few. I might be early on planning, but not when your having 400 ppl on the guest list. (in my opinion) Please give me opinions, they will be greatly appreciated.

I love Verbena Design. Jenn is great she has awesome ideas. Many brides are using her. Search Verbena Design you will see a thread we have for them. In my album I have sample of the centerpieces she made for me. Verbena 100%

Thanks, I've looked into both of these florists and they both seem amazing. Based on responses I get here, I will choose which vendor to go with.

since arcadia is located in mamaroneck, its not likely people here will have heard of them...im booked with them, since i am getting married in westchester. i am happy with them and they let me see a sample before i booked. i am not familiar with verbena but i have also heard good things about them...dont think you can lose either way. good luck.

at this point i feel like I might just go with Verbena because as said, not many ppl will know about Arcadia but i cant get over the picture on arcadia's website (the one with the flowers hanging from the ceiling)

you can go on theknot.com and go to the hudson valley boards and see what poeple have to say about arcadia there.

Agreed, you should not base your decision on reviews you get HERE, because this is mainly a Long Island website, Arcadia is used mostly by westchester girls, though there are a few of us on here, there's not enough to get a lot of feedback. Arcadia has an incredible reputation and does gorgeous work! If you really want to get equal opportunity for reviews, you should check out the Hudson Valley board on the knot. TONS of girls on there have used them and they're an extremely helpful group of girls as well. Good Luck!

I was at a wedding at the harbor club ((can't remember if that was the right name)) last summer and arcadia did their flowers. they did an amazzzzzing job. from what i heard they are very $$$ though.

I haven't met with Arcadia, so I can't speak for them. But I'm booked with Verbena Designs and I'm so excited! I'm SO confident that Jenn is going to give us our dream cp's and bo-ks! And she's very easy-going, professional, and she's a great listener (I should know, I talked her ear off about flowers!)

Im getting married in Westchester and going with Arcadia, they did my brothers wedding a couple of years ago and everyone raved about how gorgeous the flowers were. They do amazing work.
