Are any of you....
The first one to get married in your group of friends? I am and sometimes I feel 'gulity' because of things they say or do. Anyone else?

i am .....and everyone is so excited and being great about it all....im glad im not the last cuz by then everyone is WEddinged out!

yup i'm the first of my friends...but athena is one of my friends and she's also getting married so i dunno...she makes the situation a little confusing..thanks a lot!

im kinda in the middle - the first one of my high school friends to get married - but i have a lot of older friends/co-workers that are getting married

Nah, Im actually one of the last!!! I didnt mind though b/c I learned alot from their weddings like what to do and what not to do!!!Now, all my friends that are married can help me plan my wedding~~~

Yeah, of all my friends from HS and college I am.But one of my friends from when I was little got married last year, so I talk to her about it. Plus all my coworkers are older than I am and married.

I am and fh is like the second or third. Most of my friends are cool with it. I did lose my best friend though.

I am the first one in my group of friends...I think because FH and I are younger than when most get married (23 now, 24 at wedding)
People make comments and probably try to make me feel guilty but never feel guilty for getting married and finding the one you love!!! People are jealous; even close friends
This is why i ask you girls so many questions, because I don't have friends or family even to ask!

I am... first out of my friends, last out of FI's friends.. so we have the joy of being on BOTH sides of the fence.. we get guilt from my friends for being lame, and 'waiting soo long' from his friends.. ps his friends are 3+ years older.. blah.. I need some engaged friends to balance the mix

I lost a close friend over all of the jealosy and the comments....
(see posts from a LONG time ago about a girl who wanted to be in my BP - best decision I EVER made to not include her!)

yep, I am. And FHs friends too... we're the very first!And I definitely know how you feel, a lot of my friends (and especially his friends) don't really get it. I try not to let it bother me, sometimes there's just nothing you can do about it.
