After the ceremony and the newlywed couple walks out and and people toss things like candy, cereal, bubbles and rose petals.
Well...I think I'm going with the rose petals and I'm not sure how many to order. We have approximately 350 guests. Any quotes that you have gotten from florists or are you ordering and doing them yourself? Please...fill me in!
Also, any other ideas of what to toss and the bride and groom?

i'm doing rose petals in the petal cones. i have unlimited rose petals from my florist as part of my contract. you should talk to your florist, he may just throw them in for you.

We're doing rose petals as well - ordering them from orientaltrading b/c you get like 250-300 petals in each bag for under $3.99/bag. Can't beat that in any store!!!

Petal cones are paper cones used to store the rose petals for your guests

yes - your wedding is in the fall.....have them toss fall colored leaves. Small leaves - you can get real ones that have been pressed on Ebay or just get silk leaves. TerrysVillage.com has the silk ones but I don't love those....wait til the end of summer when they start putting out fall stuff in stores and you can get them at Michaels or Walmart. Looks gorgeous...here are some pics.....(not my pics - pics I have gotten from this site though)... It's so colorful and looks so pretty!
We are doing fake rose petals (NO STAINS!!!!). mostly white then some blue and some pink or maybe some red.

Make sure that your church or venue allows you to throw them. At my church I can ONLY do pure birdseed or bubbles.

i am throwing the silk leaves i got 200 of them on ebay they came yesterday ... they are pretty ...i am also having the flower girl use them instead of rose petals ...
