I know the yolks are bad, but how about hard boiled whites?

They are great UNLESS you have high blood pressure - FH's father and friends with high blood pressure were told NOT to eat them b/c they are high is sodium (I think that was what is was). Basically they are UNLESS you happen to have high blood pressure.

yes, my trainer, well, when I had one lol
said to have one WHITE and one yolk scrambled for breakfast
