I don't know if tey're the current style, but I see a lot of brides with them.
It's not for me, but for a lot of people it's the iconic 'bride' look. Go for it

i feel like if you get a blusher then once you pull that portion back you have a poofy look. i maaaay be going that route.

My veil is kinda poufy. I didn't really think about if it was in style or not, I just liked it.

I didn't think that that type of veil was 80's. I think its considered traditional.

I had a poofy (Bubble Veil) and it was my favorite accessory. I'm all for them.

That type of Veil is definitely more traditional. Now stick the band around the far head ad you get 80's.
