Yesterday I had a grilled McChicken sandwich (no mayo) which is 6 points according to the WW dining out book and a small fry which is 5 points according to the book. I felt like a superstar eating this meal (11 points in total) because I always think that fries are evil. I fear that I will gain this week. Has anyone else had my experience????

Instead of using fast food fries, go out and buy a bag of Ore Ida ShoeString fries....Bake them, add some season salt and you got 41 fries for 2 points....and they are sooo yummy
