Proline is pretty affordable for photography, FM me if you'd like more info.

I can't help with dj or florist though. I'm using a band, not a dj, and my florist is a personal friend.

Thomas Paul Photog- he is great and will work w/your budget.

Flowers by Gina- she is so talented and will also work with your budget

Both LIW vendors on here.

photo: reasonable quotes i got were from 12th night and patken-we ended up going with patken
ive also heard that j'adore love is reasonable

florists: flowers by gina!!!

dj: fm entertainment-they actually have a best price guarantee

photo - check out 12th night. great work and can customize packages to meet your budget and needs!

The wedding plaza has a package for around 5K which includes photo, video, dj, flowers,tux, and limos. that is who I am using

Photography- Check out Duet! They did our epics and they are amazing and very affordable!

I haven't booked flowers yet but for photos you should contact John at Photography In Style!!! For DJ's I'd look at In the Mix, Ultimate Sound Dj's or FM entertainment!!

My florist is giving us a good price too (Flower Michele)

and my DJ has a great price (FM Entertainment)

I am using Ultimate sounds dj..they are great, i have seen them perform 3x ...and not too expensive.
they also have someone that does video and photography and they give u a big deal when u book all 3!
Flowers- Jose from your and your truly in Astoria. I cant begin to tell you all that I am getting for 2,200..its crazy!

I'm not sure what you consider 'affordable' but

For DJ...FM entertainment gave us really great prices when we went looking and we would have booked him if we weren't looking for more of a live atmosphere.

For Florist... We went with Flowers by Burton. They gave us the best price and the contract is for any flower in season which was great since Aug has tons of those and we weren't sure what flowers we wanted to commit to at the time.

For Photos.. Out of the ones we looked into, Duet was giving us the best deal (amount of things for the price) but we did not go with them for our own reasons.
Depending on what you want, you can find cheap photographers. The less printing you ask for the better prices you can find if the photographer will do that... What I mean is see if you can get your pics on a non copyrighted CD and you can print them yourself.
