Is there a section that says:

HTTP settings?
If so it should be there...'Use HTTP 1.1.'

Are you using Windows?

Re: Are there any computer people out there??

ok I found it.

There are two options.

the first is 'use http 1.1'
the second is 'use http 1.1 - use proxy connections'

The first one is already checked.

to update your java do the following:

To verify you have latest version (JRE), go to: http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp (Click 'Verify Installation' button)

If necessary to install / upgrade your JRE, go to: http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp (Click 'Download Now' button)

I wish I could help, but I'm not very computer savvy. I hope you figure it out!
