OMG, Julie, I think I know who you are talking about and if it is, it would clear up a lot!! But I'd go dirty younger man rather than older, just given the, um, grammar issues.

To clarify--the person who I was thinking of, I don't think is a man, I just meant that I thought that was who other people suspected.
