I really don't think they are any in New Hyde Park itself.

Pancho's in Great Neck is really good and not that far from NHP. I also believe there is a place (Baja something) in the Lake Success shopping center.

baja fresh - its sooooo good. a little pricey, but def worth it.

The best is Gonzo's in Franklin Square (on Nassau Blvd.). I like soooo much more than Green Cactus! YUM!
