I heard the only time of year prices are a little lower is in Jan and Feb.

September is becoming a popular month for weddings (or so we have heard.) As far as waterfront, probably only the winter is cheaper.

September is now a popular month and also is October.
January (after Holidays) and March (after Valentine's Day) are usually off season.

FH and I looked at Atlantica (which is gorgeous by the way, but was too small for us) and their rates were a little lower in April, and October.

Sept. became a very popular wedding month, I dont think you are going to find low prices. I know when I was looking the off months were Jan-April

A family friend got married at Atlantica in late Sept and she did get a good deal.
