Do you think they go with my dress? Is is tacky to wear $25 earrings for your wedding? I know nothing about jewelry and hardly ever wear any.

I think they're a perfect match for that dress and nobody will know how much you paid for the earrings.

They're beautiful!!
And I've never seen a rule that says you have to wear expensive earrings on your wedding day.
