I got hair/makeup quotes but wanted to run them by you ladies first before mentioning them to my bridesmaids. At first I thought they might be a little high, but after looking around and talking to people I think they might be reasonable. However, I still don't know if my bridesmaids will want to pay it (I'm leaving it up to them whether they get hair/makeup done although I'd prefer if they do).
BM Hair: 75 each BM Makeup: 60 each
(I have 4 BMs and this would be at my house at appx 5am, since we are a Sun afternoon wedding and are taking pictures before the ceremony)
If you were a BM, would you choose to get hair/makeup done at these prices? How much will it be costing your bridal party?

I got similar quotes and was worried about asking my BM to pay it. So what i decided to do was use my deposit to take money off the BM. I also have 4 BM so im going to take $25 off each girl. Maybe that will help.

It is reasonable if they are interested, but I did my own hair and make-up the two times I was a bridesmaid. I was happy not to have to pay for that. I'm not going to ask my bridesmaid's to get their hair and make-up done, they all look beautiful whenever they are dressed up, all on their own! ETA: Just my opinion, I'm exhausted and cranky and sorry if that came out wrong

those are very good prices. if shes doing your makeup too i would have a trial just so you know what kind of work she/he does

considering the stylist and make-up artis have to be so early to be there at 5am, i think those are great prices!

ive decided to give the girls the option. if they want to get their stuff done with me - awesome if not, just be at my house by a certain time.
this way those would want it can get it at a reasonable price and those who dont, wont feel pressured.
