How many guests are you having? Also, how come you are tipping the videographer more than the photographer? or was this a typo? *just curious*

I think $100 each for photographer and videographer would be sufficient.

Can't help on the band tip because we had a DJ. Otherwise it looks find.

I'd say we did almost exactly the same (we had two photographers & two assistants so I think it was like $300)
