so partybooths just called me and told me that the windows system that they used on my wedding, crashed and he tryed to retrieve the pictures but guess what HE COUDNT GET THEM. so now i have no pictures.

i wanna cry, u have no idea how much i wanted the photo booth, and was soo looking foward to the pictures.

he wants to know what a fair price would be for f*ucking up my wedding now. what should i tell him. the booth cost us 895, what do you think they should give back???

im soo disappointed.

wow...crossing them OFF my list! tell them that. they just lost so many future customers.

I dont care that your guests got the pics. you didn't and they need to refund that $.

OMFG.. At least 2/3 back. Even though the guests had fun and enjoyment out of it- Im really looking foward to peeping all the pics later on - Id think anything less than half back would be F'd up. I would take into consideration the material cost,set up and that jazz. Im mad for you- that sucks. Hope your guests will share some pics with you so you can see some

At first I thought you had no pictures of your wedding (photographer) but now I realize it was the booth. I would demand full refund. I wouldn't let it ruin your fond memories of the day.... You will have plenty of pics, and I am sure your family and friends will gladly send you copies of theirs once they hear about it. I am sorry you had that happen.
