Extra Strength Tylenol? Its all we have in the house. I will try not to take anything but my head is pounding so bad, it feels like its going to explode.

I took it for a headache this past weekend. I certainly hope it's ok. As long as it's not an NAIDS (sp?) it is okay, even extra strength. You should stay away from ibuprofin, but acetomenophin is fine.

I lived on Extra Strength Tylenol in my second trimester..I used to get Monster headaches. It's perfectly safe.

I've been taking it to the max dosage for months... my doctor said it's fine.

You cannot take Alleves while pregnant (I am DYING for one for my leg) but you can take some Tyn. for headaches.
