Austin street. There are 2 places that are great.

Santa Fe Steak house (that FI and I frequent a lot and the food and desserts are beyond phenominal) and there is Mardi Gras. I havent eaten there but I know a few who have and they love it.

There is also a TGIFridays on Austin Street as well

So my nominations for Queens is

Santa Fe steak house

Mardi Gras

TGI Fridays.

I LOVE santa fe steak house we used to have one right by my house now it is a charlie browns - that would be my choice - but don't forget it is lent so you would need to ask the girls about that - unless they have fish which I can't remember-

But I have no idea where Austin Street is

Having a GTG in Brooklyn in April is fine with me.

there is going to be an GTG on Friday March 21st for Pizza/Italian...somewhere on the border of Queens/Nassau

There is going to also be a Brooklyn GTG date TBA?

I am not sure if they have fish. I always get steak. I think they have pasta.

I vote for Santa Fe

Austin street is right off Queens Blvd. Its not far, but parking is beyond a pain in the @$$. its the muni meters which is great, but there is very rarely parking. There is however a parking garage right next to santa fe
