I would say leader in most situations.

Leader Sometimes I just want to be a follower but it never works well that way.

At work I'm a leasder with my friends I am more of a follower - kind of more go with the flow, although I do speak up when neccessary

Depends on the situation, I guess. If it's something job-related, I'm good at being a leader. If it's hanging out with a group of friends or family. I just kind of go with the flow and let everybody else make decisions.

It depends on the situation, I can be both.
Sometimes you want to lead but other times you just want to follow.

I am definetly a leader - even if it forced me to be alone - I would never follow along with my friends if they were doing something I didn't want to do.
