I personally think that a bride who wants things done right in a reasonable way, shouldnt be considered a BRIDEZILLA. When a person is UNreasonable, it becomes a problem. There is nothing wrong with beig particular on your wedding day.

I agree with you 100%!

I had ONE only ONE Bridezilla moment with FH. But yet my entire family is tormenting me and calling me a Bridezilla! Mean, I tell you, just mean!

I would truly like to believe that I am not,but as i get further into planning i feel like i am becoming one-SCARY, but it's okay it's a once in a lifetime thing.

I've had my moments, but mainly it's been when I had to. Like when the women in the bridal shop were going crazy because they didn't know what to do when I went shopping for my BM dresses.

Sometimes you have to tap the inner bridezilla to get your point across. But when you get to the point where you become so completely anal about everything that no one wants to even be in your presence, then yes, you might be a true bridezilla.

Depends on what you mean by Bridezilla. Have I snapped at people? Yes, usually my mother. Have I told my BP they must have this dress and those shoes etc. No. Do I want things to be perfect? Yes. Do I know this is unrealistic, and that something is just bound to go wrong? Yes. Will it upset me at the time? I have no idea. I hope when my day gets here I will be so happy that the little things that are bound to go wrong will be meaningless. Although I am starting to consider a DOC so that if something does go wrong I won't know anything about it and it will just magically get fixed!

i hope not. im not obsessed with my wedding or with small details. if anything, i consider myself lazy. my mom is into the details so i leave it to her.

I really don't think I am!!! I love to watch that show and laugh, FH watches with me and just hopes I don't get like that. I can be particular about certain things but I'm certainly no bridezilla when compared to the girls on that show!!

I would only say yes b/c i'm like taht w/ anything I do, it has to be right, no matter what... But some of those girls are a little too extra, but you know thats only for TV

I saw this thread and just HAD to come in!!!

I'm definitely a BRIDEZILLA - and darn proud of it! (It took me 3 months to decide on a hall for that reason, but if I didn't be over-particular, I don't think I would have gotten what I wanted!)

After my first bridezilla-'episode', my mom and my sis (my MOH) changed my name in their cell phones to 'Bridezilla'

Re: Are you a BRIDEZILLA???

I definately have my moments. But for the most part I have to say no. We're paying ALOT of $$ for our wedding, and I want what I want and how I want it. I think I'm more bridezillaish with my vendors. I'm very detailed oriented and take crazy notes all the time, and just get pissed very easily when a vendor tells me something different than what they did 7 months ago when I started planning my wedding.

I told FH the other night driving back to jersey from doing our menu at the crest hollow, that we only have 4 weeks left, and I want to enjoy every moment of being engaged for only 4 more weeks. And I'm going to let nothing stress me out...( )
