Are we supposed to give a toast as well? Thanking people for being there and what not?

Our Best Man will give a toast, then the Matron of Honor - then most likely my dad will say something (my parents are paying for most of the wedding), then later in the night I'll give a little toast where I give my bouquet to my godmother - I'm not tossing it.

im shy but after the ceremony and expressing my love, i could do anything...
we thought about it but never offically said ok. there was some downtime after the cake, so we jumped on the mic. ppl loved it
