Are you avoiding Beef lately?

Just curious if anyone else is avoiding beef, esp. ground beef, lately with all the scarey stories about Mad Cow.

As far as I know, the mad cow thing has been contained, so there's really no need to completely avoid beef.

That said, we are not big beef eaters to begin with. Last week, I made a beef stew in my new crockpot, but I only cook beef once in awhile. We pretty much live on pork, chicken, turkey or fish.
