Re: Are you calling the people who do not RSVP?
I plan on it. I don't want to stress out on my wedding day because extra people showed up. That is why I am making sure that I have everyone's phone number.

Re: Are you calling the people who do not RSVP?
I voted no but we did call a few, mainly family. We also gave them a full week to get back to us before the calls so there weren't that many to make.

We need a final headcount for the hall, so unfortunately, we will have to call everyone who does not send in an RSVP.

You kinda have to. You need to know exactly how many people will be there.

Call them to find out if yes or no and verify the number of people.

Re: Are you calling the people who do not RSVP?
ABSOLUTELY!
ppl suuck and don't realize how important a head count is. so we did make phone calls when ppl weren't responding.
first we did it by email--kind of 'hey don'tk now if you realize it or not, but the RSVP date has passed and we kind of need to know if you are coming'
if they didn't respond that way--we called.

I'm not... we're having a very small wedding and I already knew who was coming and who not before I even sent the invitations

Re: Are you calling the people who do not RSVP?
I did--the only two who didn't RSVP at all are my paternal cousins, a sister and brother (and their families.) I called both and left messages. Neither called me back. That is so ******* rude. I can understand if they can't come, both live in South Jersey, but no response at all? We don't have a bad relationship or anything--don't see each other often, but there's no bad feelings there. Or there weren't. Now I'm pissed.
