I'll be carrying a small Bible that every bride since my great-grandmother has carried down the aisle
and I'll be wearing my Mother's pearls that my Dad gave her on their wedding day, each of my sister's has also worn the pearls.
Are there any family traditions that you will carry on?

aww those are nice traditions. DH and i were the first in our families to have a real wedding---so i hope that we are the ones that our children and grandchildren one day try and incorporate some of our wedding items into their big days!

i don't think anyone in our family has any real wedding-related traditions, but my mom took a photo of her in her gown with her BMs bo-k's laid out on her train - it looked so nice i am going to do it!

our families don't have any wedding traditions but on FH's side the first born boy has been named after his Grandfather. (for the last 4 generations)
I'd like to carry that on. Our boy would be Andrew John (but we'd call him AJ b/c I don't really like andrew or Andy )

my grandfather sang Sunrise Sunset as my parents walked down the aisle after he walked her half way. he sang it at my sister's as they lit the unity candle. and at mine he's going to sing it when i walk the whole way with my parents. omg i feel tears just thinking about it!!!!

We're getting married in the same church & having our reception in the same location (although it's changed quite a bit in the last 20+ years!).
