Are you decorating the front of your house the morning of the wedding?
My sister and mom are going out to buy tulle and bows and they said they're putting up balloons in front of the house. Anyone else doing this?

I'm decorating my Dad's banister with a few bows and toole. I'm also going to have a few floral arrangements set up on the tables in the house. I'm not doing balloons though

Sorry to barge in oneur boads ladies... But to answer the question, my bridal party and a good freind ( that use to be a wedding coordinator) are gettign together and decorating my house... I can't wait to see how it comes out.

My parents are doing tulle and garlands outside on the porch. My wants 'Everyone to know there is a wedding.' Too cute.

my cousin decorated the stairs leading to her front door with tulle and bows which was really nice b/c we were able to take a few pics outside before the rain started on friday, she also decorated the inside stair railing in the house, very cute

My mom is going to put up those paper wedding bell things. PLus I think she is going to put tulle around the banister of the stairs.

For my sisters wedding I put tooling around the railing on our front porch and the front tree.

Don't mean to be a Debbie Downer (from SNL, LOL) but I remember reading that decorating the outside of your house is an easy way for thieves to target your house for a break in as it signals that there probably isn't anyone home. Has anyone heard this.

I heard that about obituaries in the newspaper, not about weddings, it does make sense though.

We are doing tool down the banister on my mom and dad's house with some small flower arrangments on the table (mom is having people back to the house after). And my mom got a personalized flag to hand outside the house..I think she is also putting a bow on the mail box.
