Definitely having it done! I do my makeup just fine, but on my wedding day I want to be pampered and not having to worry if I'm having a 'bad makeup day!'

I know I can do it myself but there have been times when I do it myself, where I'm under the gun or time restraints that I don't feel like I have the time to make it perfect. So in light of that I decided to have someone do it for me. I get to feel like a princess for the day! I know this has been a thorn in your side, but at least you are weighing all your options. Have you hired someone to do your hair? Have you thought about going to a local salon to get a trial? Good Luck, I know no matter which route you go, you will look beautiful on your day!

I had mine professionaly done, but I have to say that I wasn't too happy with the way it turned out, but that's OK. That's life .... everyone has an off day

i am always funny about letting anyone else do my makeup (my grandmother is a prof makeup artist and is amazing and I dont really ever have her do it either) bc i obv just am picky about how i like it and like how i do it...but worrying about doing my own makeup in the middle of the chaos and nerves of the big day, never considered it!! for this kind of circumstance ill def bend. The girl I booked did my MU for sisters wedding and did it in a way I just loved so trust her to do a great job for my wedding too, but if I hadnt known about her before hand, who knows. I would be leary of having just anyone do it and maybe i wouldve been more inclined to do it myself. i dunno, i just feel like...for a wedding, a true professional is worth it!

I did mine myself. I had a pro do a trial and really didn't like it and didn't feel like wasting money doing more trials. I did my own trial and liked it better than the pro trial so that made the decision for me.

I am getting it done, for me, I imagined me and my mom and girls all together getting our hair and make up done professionally like we are superstars That is just my silly fantasy

Thats kinda how I feel. I had one trial (MAC representative) and wasnt happy at all....I def. thought I could do a much better job myself, so thats what I decided to do. plus I save a heck of a lot of money
