We did Europe for our HM, and left the night after our wedding. It was really nice to sleep at home the night of the wedding and have the whole next day to relax before we went to the airport. Our flight didn't leave until 9:00 pm.

we are on a sunday night and we are leaving tuesday morning. that way on monday we can have a big breakfast with family and friends, take care of our gifts and relax before setting out.

Our wedding was on a Friday night, we left for the HM on Sunday Morning.

Our wedding is Saturday and we leave on Tuesday. It gives us time to see our family and friends again, pack and just relax.

NO, the only flights the day of our wedding were 9 am and 11am. ceremony is at 11:30.

we leave the next day.

We got married on a Friday & left Thursday for our HM! It was the best bc we had time to settle into our house & also pack for the HM after the wedding was over with!!

Nope - We're leaving a week and a half later. No specific reason - that's just when the cruise we booked leaves. FH and I have the summers off so it works out great! I also have friends coming in from OOT so I get to visit with everyone after the wedding.

We're leaving the Sunday after our wedding.

We are getting married Saturday night, Having a family breakfast on Sunday and leaving Sunday afternoon for a mini getaway. We're going to Vegas 3 weeks later.

My wedding was on a Friday and we left for the HM Sat.

We're leaving for Italy 2 weeks after our actual wedding day. Apparently waiting until November 1st offered us the opportunity to spend 4 extra days and a few extra day trips (including one to Switzerland - hooray chocolate! ) for the same price.

our wedding was sunday afternoon and we left tuesday morning. It was nice to have the day to kind of unwind from the wedding (open our cards ) and make sure we had everything we needed for the HM.

Our wedding was on a Saturday night, we left from the RH and went to a hotel by LGA airport. Then the next morning we flew out.

my wedding is on a sunday and we will leave early tuesday morning. Someone had suggested giving it a day in-between and I'm so happy we did.

I don't think I could wake up at 5am to make my early morning flight when I woke up the day before at the same time...

gotta enjoy the morning as a married couple.

We're getting married Saturday night, and leaving Sunday morning for the airport (our flight is at 12:30)
