I let him see a pic from my first fitting, but thats it - no veil or anything. He wont see it til the day of.

Nope! He actually wanted it that way...He was so cute. He said he wanted to be completely surprised and then has been arranging with the Videographer and Photographer the best ways to capture his 'first glimpse' of when he first see's me!

He is such a cutie!

Yes. He saw it on the hanger the day I brought it to his house and then he saw it on me when I tried it on for a BM. I let him decide if he wanted to see it.

FH is the only one who won't see it on me before the wedding.

Yes I think I will but I have an unusual situation...

My dad had a stroke 7 years ago and is much more emotional because of the chemical reaction a stroke can cause in the brain... he gets misty very easily... he cried on Yogi Berra day at Yankee Stadium

I'll probably let him see it at home so he can get emotional there and cry while no one is around. He'll probably still cry at my ceremony but it won't be so bad

My dad probably wont ever see it seeing as how he probably isnt coming to the wedding
BUT my moms boyfriend was there when I found the dress and helped my mom pay for it. So yes he has seen it before the wedding - But hes not giving me away my brother is.

It's so fun seeing what everyone is going to do!

The reason I ask is because, as both of my parents live out of the country, next week I'm going to crash their romantic vacation in FL for thanksgiving (

) and we're going dress shopping so my dad might want to come!

I didn't want to break tradition and let him see it if he's not supposed to! But it seems ttat everyone makes the decision on their own!

my dad went dress shopping with me and my mom while we were in australia - it was cool - but my dad is really into the planning more than my mom

plu my dad will be around as i am getting dressed in the morning -so he will see it out

my dad though has not seen the dress i bought yet

My dad saw my dress. After I decided on the dress, I had my dad come and meet us at the bridal salon so he could see it and take some pictures for me!
