one of them just strolled into my office with her big 'ol cup a joe and yelled the name of the woman with the business DOWNSTAIRS!!!! I told her to GO downstairs where her business was.

Then I watched her leave and thought to myself....'she's gonna get in a huge SUV and make an illegal U-turn' and sure enough......extra large Lexus!!!!!

UGH!!!!!! I hate driving behind tanks!

do you REALLY need an urban assualt vehicle (UAV) to get around on LONG ISLAND?!

and so many of these UAV drivers can't park to save their lives!

I just don't get it... I am short myself and have no idea how I would handle driving a SUV. I have no desire to even own one.

I know! I like to see over the steering wheel!

I'm not little by any means (5'6') and I still don't drive my small-ish SUV (Honda Pilot) because I can't see and am afraid. How do these tiny moms do it?

Plus, what do you have to spend to fill that thing up with gas?

And the parkng, oh, let's not even go there.....

And how do you not know which direction you are driving in?!!?!? Someone just called me from the road, are you going east or west? She had to ask the person with her!

Last week I pulled into a Getty station and took the spot of a one of those UAV's. the meter on the pump said $80!!!

It may be slightly off the topic but here is my beef - Honestly, I see Hummers and Navigators and Escalades all over LI and Brooklyn and I wonder why the heck people need all terrain vehicles in NYC and LI. - IT IS FLAT PEOPLE!!!! Get a BMW if you want a status symbol! You don't go camping. You don't have kids. You dont haul stuff back and forth to work. Ok rant is over.

Ever notice how they’re the first one’s to complain about gas prices? Meanwhile. it is because of what THEY are driving that increases our demand for oil and driving up the cost!

Yes five foot tall, not a HUGE SUV but yea a big one, and I drink a big cup of tea, I have phone through my radio so I am never holding the phone but I get phone calls, paying attention?? well 95% of the time I am but I do get distracted sometimes.
