Yes, they will be going. Rings will be insured and there is a safe in our room.

DH & I had a huge disagreement over this. In the end I decided it wasn't worth the risk of losing the e-ring so I left it home - for 3 weeks!! The first thing I did when we got back from the HM was put it back on my finger. I did wear the wedding band however.

I left my engagement ring at home and it was the best thing for me. I would have been way tooo nervous. Plus, Hawaii is all adventurous stuff. I just wore my band because it's plain. There's was no risk involved.

we wore ours-- they have safes at every resort so if you need to take it off you can lock it up...

i took it! they usually have a safe in the rooms if you don't want to wear it some where

i did and wore them all the time. there were a few times where i just wore my wedding band--but we were on our honeymoon and i wanted to wear my new bands as much as possible!

we did but left them in the hotel safe when we went down to the beach, etc.

we are each getting 2 wedding bands, a diamond one and a plain platinum band
we will wear the plain bands and leave everything else at home
i do not trust hotel safes - anyone can get in if they want to bad enough - JMO

I used to say that I would purchase a CZ ring for when I go on trips. Now, I am not so sure. I would love to take my e-ring but am concerned it would get lost.
For our honeymoon we are doing a cruise so with all the excursions, I do not know if it is a wise idea to take the real rings with us.
Right now I am a maybe. FH probably will tell me not to bring them though and to just get a CZ or Moissanite ring for that.
